The Arkansas Migrant Education Program provides formula grants to school districts and six Education Service Cooperatives across the state that offers a comprehensive program including identification and recruitment, supplemental instructional and support services, advocacy, and basic health services to migratory children.   Tuition, mandatory college fees, books, and required supplies all are reimbursable expenses.
